Nui Ami:
A new brand presence and commerce site for a luxury fashion startup
I worked with a London fashion startup Nui Ami to create their brand and ecommerce site from scratch. Nui Ami is a new British brand of luxurious cup size sleepwear and contemporary loungewear for women.
Outcomes
- I designed Nui Ami brand identity, launched a commerce site and created a set of principles to guide the company through their first steps.
- Nui Ami successfully launched in September 2015.

The challenge was to design and build quickly while maintaining the level of quality and polish suited to an audience interested in luxury sleepwear—alongside balancing the many limitations common with companies just starting out.
I worked closely with the founder throughout the process, from designing the brand and art direction of photography through to having a final workshop preparing the client for after launch.
I designed and developed the commerce site in conjunction, working incrementally. After initial research and low-fidelity designs, I chose the platform the client would be comfortable working with and tested and refined the site once live.
